We have a number of 1 day workshops and training modules, covering a wide range of motor trade related topics, geared to help you develop as an individual, because we understand that it is to everyone's benefit if you realise your full potential. You will also have the opportunity to attend manufacturers' courses relevant to your role.

In July 1998 we achieved the prestigious Investors in People award, the first Motor Retailer group to do so, a fact that demonstrates we believe in and recognise the value of our people, their performance and their contribution. In September 2009 we gained re-accreditation for a further 3 years.

Our training and development starts the day you commence employment, with a full induction of our business, providing an insight into our company's culture, values and aspirations.
